How the hell do y'all have level 16 little eaties, it's unbeatable🫩

I usually wouldn't ask that sort of question but I just genuinely don't know what to do, I came back recently after a little under two years and it's absolutely EVERYWHERE ! It just wrecks my entire team so easily and even a level 22 can beat like two of my level 26 dinos if not three in a row.

So pls guys, do you have any tips one how I can even beat it ?

5-6 hour progress btw
