Showering is now less torturous for me! This is my year of learning how to do weird tasks and figuring out how to actually be able to listen to audiobooks after never having been able to has been awesome.

But this is the biggest unexpected benefit. Showering is still a sensory nightmare but I am now far more likely to just go do it if I am already listening to a book and can keep doing so!
