Just started playing the 2nd game, and the random bugs that come on screen keep annoying me. On one hand they make me jump lightly cause I don’t like bugs, other times they confuse me because I can’t tell if I’m seeing this, and sometimes they confuse me because I don’t get a good look and think I saw some dirt I didn’t get.
It’s just annoying and I can’t find if there’s a setting to turn them off.
I want to preface this post with a few quick things.
So as I said, I’m not a fan of the rework and never have been. I won’t go through it all since everyone’s already done that and I don’t have anything new to say. But I realized something about her ult change that really confuses me, and to me shows how the rework just fails.
So her ult used to be the plasma canon, not much damage but it slowed anyone hit with it or in the radius it puts on the ground. It wasn’t great but people made it work. But the devs, through the rework, made it so that the canon is now just a normal ability. It wasn’t good enough as an ult and makes more sense as a normal ability. I think that’s fine and makes sense.
But then if that’s the case, why is her old play style now her ult? It’s not literally her old style, but her ult is just give her the ability to ADS and have piercing shots, and she can’t one shot with it either. That was how her primary used to work minus the piercing. She can’t one shot with her ult and it does basically the exact same damage as her old primary shots, it’s literally just her old primary style.
So if her previous ult wasn’t good enough and was changed to an ability, does that mean the devs consider her old primary to be so good it’s an ultimate? People complained about how bad she was, yet now that her ult is almost the same as her old primary now everyone is fine with her ADS play style?
I just don’t get it.
