I’ve done drywall diy for a while now, definitely not pro, but I’ve had pros follow me without any complaints, anyway I’m working on this ceiling project and I found a weird spot before I applied the mud. It looked like it had gotten wet or something, so I went to cut out the surface and repair it, when I cut it out, there was tape underneath, and below that it was like epoxy. Has anyone seen this before? It was new to me.
