How to tell if a pen is ballpoint or rollerball?

I picked up a random cheap pen and it didn't specify if it was ballpoint or rollerball, it is quite smooth though almost like a gel pen but not quite?

They also just wrote "2-in-1 pen" because of the pen + highlighter combo, no other indicators.

I get wrist pains very easily and I recently noticed something that slightly improved it and I want to share 🙂.

I love compact pocket sketchbooks because I draw small and it's less intimidating.

But this small drawing surface tends to make me hunch over it and work in very short, tight and repetitive movements with some flicking with wrist and this strain accumulates real fast. I also start to grip the pen a little too tightly because of this position. I can't finish a drawing or writing without my hand shaking from pain hitting me real quick and bad.

Despite still drawing relatively small, I tried a bigger sketchbook and noticed small improvements because with more surface:

- you get to use more of your arm than just flicking the wrist.

- not having to rest my wrist on the edge of the sketchbook and tensing too much just to stay on the edge.

I also tilt the sketchbook than laying it flat which means NOT having to hunch over as much and curling your arm and hand = more space to move hand and less pain.
