Current level difficult and need advice on my team.

Have:
Garchomp
Gyrados
Togekiss
Lucario
Weavile
Serperior

Thinking about trading out weavile for ice rotom or could use advice. This is my first run. I have camerupt and ampharos I rotate in too. Didn’t know if I should grab another starter or anything.
