Your thoughts on my 2026 pc build (for Gaming/Video Editing)

I need your opinion on the PC I plan to buy. It needs to be great for gaming and video editing/coloring (I need it to be a home workstation since I'm a student in post-production for cinema, I'm using the Adobe suite, DaVinci Resolve Studio and Avid Media Composer/Pro Tools). My budget is 2500€ max but the less it costs the happier I am lmao. Here's what I'm planning to buy :
CPU : Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 Processor 270K Plus
CPU COOLING : be quiet! Pure Rock Pro 3
MB : GIGABYTE Z890 AORUS Elite WIFI7
GPU : XFX AMD RX 9070XT
RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB (16*2) Kit DDR5-6000
STORAGE : Samsung 870 EVO 1TB SSD + a WDC HDD from 15 years ago but It's for video stocking only
POWER SUPPLY : be quiet! Pure Power 13 M 850W
CASE : for now a Phanteks XT Pro and some fans (but it's TBD because a friend of mine is considering giving me is old case, we just don't know the ref yet so I can't test if everything can be put inside.)
For a total ~1900€ (France)
I have a couple of questions :
- concerning cooling, I have trouble knowing if the bequiet will be sufficient to cool the CPU and would like to know if you have the answer or a way to test it myself ?
- Will the SSD be sufficient or do I need to buy a more recent one ?
- I also want to go for a dual-monitor setup (one 60hz 1080p and one 144Hz 1440p (still searching btw if someone as a great monitor to suggest)), is this build sufficient ?
