What do you think of prop firms ?

Hey, I just started day trading and I was wondering how you guys started? I've done all the paper trading training and all the training I needed but I don't know what to do next: either go with my own money or go with a prop firm. How did you start and if so which prop firm did you use and why? What size of accounts did you use ? And what are the things to know about prop firms and trading as a beginner?
