Looking to identify the designer if it’s not a custom piece by a stylist

I'm looking for a pattern to use for the mesh undershirt. The two features I specifically am looking for are the collar shape and sleeves (the fuller the better) I'm comfortable altering if needed but I'd like to start from something close
