Bad Media Bingo is complete!

A couple of days ago, I asked for the community's help in helping me compile the worst, most common defenses for bad movies/shows/games/etc. I've read every reply and this is what I was able to come up with. Feel free to screencap this for use when you're on the Internet. Maybe I can get a bingo while looking at the defenses for the ending of a certain superhero show...

Help me make Bad Media Bingo! What are some defenses for terrible movies/shows/games/etc?

EDIT: The board is complete!

Exactly what it says in the title! I wanna fill this board so I'm opening it up to the people. Ones that immediately come to mind:

  • *Wanking about media literacy
  • "Fuck you, I had fun."
  • "Wait till the next episode/film/season!"
  • "You just didn't get it."
  • *Whataboutism to a different, unrelated thing
  • "[X property] was always bad"

Favorite “reimagining/reinterpretation” that’s just the original with all the interesting stuff cut out?

How would you feel if they made a show about Walter White’s eccentric lawyer “Better Call” Saul Good Man?

What actual consequences does Atreus face for killing Modi?

I finished my annual replay of GoW 2018 and Ragnarok and I was wondering about Atreus in the grand narrative. Kratos tells Boy that there are consequences to killing to a god, but from what I’ve gathered, the direct consequences of killing Modi are:

- Kratos having to repay a blood debt to Thor
- Atreus getting briefly threatened by Thor
- Atreus generally feeling bad about it

It just seems like he never has his equivalent “pound of flesh” taken from him across both games. Maybe there’s a more indirect consequence I’m missing?
