So I’ve been looking for a flat for around a few months now, and I’ve seen one that is convenient and in a decent location. However, there is a bit of damp that is causing the paint to peel in the bedroom and there is some mould in the grouting in the bathroom. The letting agents assure me that once the tenant leaves, they will do an inventory and fix all the issues, but I’m always apprehensive that this may not actually happen. However, I’ve been searching for so long and I’m desperate to move out of the HMO I’m living in as it’s dirty and has weed/drug use 🥹. Should I go for the flat, or keep searching? Any advice would be appreciated.

Was wondering if anyone went to Wingfest in Nottingham this year, and if it was worth the money? I was thinking about going, but seeing the steep fee just to get through the door put me off.
