$50 at a garage sale. Did I do well?

My wife wanted to buy an espresso machine, and I was hesitant to spend on a new machine without knowing if we would actually use it and embrace the espresso lifestyle. So, I visited the marketplace and found this item for $50 at a garage sale. What are your thoughts on it? What steps should I take to get it operational?

Is anyone actually paying the full ~$80,000 admin fee?

I feel this this is a ridiculously high fee. Every RC I spoke is either willing to waive the fee or reduce it by half at a minimum. Just sharing my experience in case if it helps.

Urban TEA projects for Indian citizens

I just started my eb5 journey. I keep hearing that Indian citizens should only be choosing rural projects because of the priority processing. I'm curious what is the difference in terms of timeline when selecting an urban TEA project as opposed to rural?
