I feel this this is a ridiculously high fee. Every RC I spoke is either willing to waive the fee or reduce it by half at a minimum. Just sharing my experience in case if it helps.

I just started my eb5 journey. I keep hearing that Indian citizens should only be choosing rural projects because of the priority processing. I'm curious what is the difference in terms of timeline when selecting an urban TEA project as opposed to rural?
