vitamin d 50,000IU

hey guys! we recently learned my vitamin d is extremely low (should be 30, mine is 9). this makes sense to me as its fat soluble and i can’t eat a lot of fat without triggering a flare of symptoms.

my doctor prescribed me a twelve week course of 50,000 IU of vitamin k and then we will retest.

i’m reading online that this dose of vitamin d can cause stomach upset for some people. i want to know if anyone with gastroparesis has taken this supplement and how the GI side effects were for them? thanks!
