Recorder Inactive - Minecraft 26.1 Fabric

My medal completely refuses to clip Minecraft showing recorder inactive, I have fabric mods installed but no mods change anything to do with full screen/borderless, aspect ratio etc with Minecraft (Tested and the same issue happens on a completely vanilla 26.1 installation)

I tried enabling Force Window Capture as well but that just make it switch between working and Inactive every 2 seconds until staying on Recorder Inactive after 10 seconds of it doing that.

Windscreen Crack MOT pass/fail?

A car in front of me kicked up a stone into my window and caused this crack. MOT Expires in a week and was already booked. will the mot pass or fail with this? already got a day for the windscreen to be replaced but it's about a week after mot expires and I need to car to go to college
