My Larvae grow out setup

The tank on the left is 23.5 Liters and the tank on the right is 31.5 Liters both of them are around 1.020 SG and the temperature is 28°C, the bigger tank has a tiny sponge filter running and the small one has an air line with gentle aeration. This is my fourth attempt at raising them.

The first attempt, I didn't have phytoplankton and I was feeding them spiriluna powder and got till the 9th stage and then everything crashed. 1.018 SG

The second attempt, I added prepared bottled phytoplankton and everything died 1.020 SG

After I failed the second attempt, I had some frozen artemia which is locally collected from salt lakes and frozen and sold as food, so I crushed some of it and added to salt water and left it in the sun, the algae in the stomach of brine shrimp which wasn't digested started to grow and I got phytoplankton, I separated it and cultured and now I added it in my tanks.

The third attempt, I got some phytoplankton and added but that still didn't work out, I have no idea why. 1.020

This is the fourth attempt and now I have prepared 2 tanks both with phytoplankton, on the lighter tank, I added a tiny pinch of yeast and 2 pinches of sugar about a week ago and added some phytoplankton today, the larvae are expected today or tomorrow, I'll add 50% larvae in each tank. Need to test the salinity, it is close to what is before, slightly higher because I added 10 liters of 1.024 SG water from a marine tank in hopes of increasing the microfauna.

Update on the salinity Both tanks are at 1.020 SG

The lights are on 24 hours on all atempts

Any advice will be very appreciated, thank you
