can you prevent an oncoming shingles flare up?

I had shingles a year ago and recently i have been getting more nerve pain than normal, ive very concerened that is a shingles flare up coming on, i havent had one since i had shignles the first time so im unsure if this is whats going on. Im guessing its stress that has caused it to resurface, does anyone know if you can do anything to stop or lessen the flare up wehn you feel it coming on.

Would i need to go get anti virals again?

thank you

Confused about how much gluten to eat before coeliac test

I cut out gluten 4 years ago but wasn't able to get a test as I was out of the country for a few months at the time. But went to the GP today and they want me to do a Coeliac blood test. She said that I only needed to eat about a piece of bread like 3-4 times a week for a week or two before the test. I checked multiple times and she said yes that was fine. But I've just been looking it up and lots of places say everyday for like 6 weeks. So I'm feeling confused. I don't want to go through the pain but not eat enough and make it inaccurate but if I only need to do a small amount obviously would much prefer to.

Does anyone have any advice on what they did before their test?
