Nashville presale queue experience - huge disparity between Ticketmaster accounts

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share my experience this morning during the Nashville sale.

I had 6 real people (close friends who signed up separately via Laylo with codes) trying at the same time. Everyone joined the waiting room at 9:45.

At 10:00 AM the queues were wildly different:

• One account: under 300 people ahead

• Others: 5,000 – 11,000 – 23,000+ ahead

• One person couldn’t even get into the queue

We were able to get tickets thanks to the strong position of the one account, but the spread is insane for 6 of us having entered the same presale at the same time for the same show.

This lines up with what a lot of you in DC, Atlanta, etc. have been saying. Ticketmaster keeps saying it’s about fighting bots, but it feels like certain older/‘trusted’ accounts get massive priority while ‘regular’ fan accounts get buried.

Anyone else see huge queue differences across multiple accounts today? Just feels unfair and not transparent on Ticketmaster’s end. Curious what others think.
