Nutritional mindset shift
I struggle with this so bad. I kill it working out all week, even nutrition wise most week days! But when the weekend comes I just cannot keep it together. I tell myself, this is the weekend I get my sh*t together! And then I just spiral every time it frustrates me so much. So I’m curious: what mindset - or even physical shift - nutrition wise changed the game for you and finally helped you lock in? Open to all the advice and tough love ❤️
