Envirolak Experience?

Does anyone use Envirolak WB coatings? A distributor rep was in recently and talked about it. I'd love some first hand feedback.

Can't Seem To Lose Pot Belly - Skinny Fat

OK this isn't one of those "didn't try anything but nothing works" posts. I'm legit stuck here after a year.

Bio: Male, 5' 10" 160 lbs

Body: Skinnny fat. Slender arms, narrow shoulders visible ribs. Pectoral fat and a large belly. Not a shred of other fat on my body. The pot belly is very defined too. 36" at the belly button but it drops off very steeply to 32" around the waist.

Tracking tools: Macrofactor + MF workouts

Lifting routine: 3-4 day per week resistance training for the past 8 months. I have a 3 day a week base (PPL) and reserve a fourth upper body day for the weeks I feel recovered well. Progressive overload tracking. Taking all sets to RIR 1-2. I'm a novice lifter and haven't seen any of these newbie gains I was hoping to see.

I spend a lot of time on trying to get my form correct, hired a personal trainer to teach me the movement patterns, not ego lifting, full range of motion, slight pauses at the top of each motion etc......

Cardio: Average of 10k steps per day. Some days 14-15k.

Food: Mainly whole foods with some protein bars / shakes to help hit my 0.8 to 1g per lb goal.

Trial 1: Ran at 1900 cal per day for 3 months ( which is what macrofacror said my daily expenditure is. I was aiming for a re-comp. No change.

Trial 2: Ran 1700 cal per day for 3 months as a mini cut. No change in weight or body composition but my lifting suffered.

Trial 3 (current). Running 2200 cal per day for about 2 months. Lifts improved but no change visually, on the scale.

My macrofactor daily expenditure is literally following my calories perfectly. The graphs overlay perfectly. But I'm not seeing any change?

I've paid out of pocket for a bunch of tests like hormonal and endocrinology panels. Nothing is showing.

I may try to investigate insulin sensitivity next. I also have a test for SIBO to complete as I get awfully bloated during the day (which leads to my belly looking even worse).

Just looking at an outside perspective into a blind spot I'm missing.

Pressure under right hand rib cage?

Hello anyone have a fairly constant pressure at the very bottom of the right hand rib cage?

It's not painful as much as noticeable.

I've had imaging over the years and it was always negative. One theory is it's pressure in the colon where if makes a 90 deg turn in that area.

Flattening yard with ride on roller?

Looking for a way to flatten my yard with grass already grown.

Its about 2 acres. It was previously farm field and isn't very smooth. My ride on mower takes a bit of a beating.

I'm wondering if running this while the ground is still wet in spring would help flatten things out.

Edit: The tribe has spoken. NO to this half baked idea.
