Tried to quit four times in the past two months and failed each time. Need help

I used the Vitamin C method to kill withdrawals and was quite successful at first. I quit back in 2022 and was clean for four years. But after I graduated a year ago and moved, I let the stress of life get the best of me and got re-addicted. I use the Vitamin C method and it does kill a majority of physical symptoms but I always fail. Anxiety and boredom are the usual culprits. I always get the urge to get high on something and it always, eventually comes back to Kratom. I've thought of everything, from having a goal when I get off to alternatives I can't find, and still I relapse. Do you have any suggestions that may help? Do you know of some anti-anxiety supplements that can help during withdrawal and combat cravings?
