Nothing phone 3 for 41k or phone 4a for 38k

i was thinking to buy 4a but due to the price hike it's now at 38k (8+256) but due to price cut and card offers the phone 3 (12+256) is at 41k

should I go for phone 3??

I heard it had some battery issues, it would be helpful of you share your experience and suggestions

Nothing phone 3a or 4a or i should consider any other phones

well my budget is 30k and slightly extendable, I'm looking for a phone with good camera, clean UI and of 5 to 6 years of usage.

I don't like moto, iQOO, realme and not into oneplus (as offline stores are getting closed)

4a seems better but the price difference between the 3a and 4a seems to be 10k, I feel that it isn't worth it, so guide me to pick one

and I'm open for other suggestions too
