Garden Center vs Cap 1 Stocker

So I’ve been with cap 1 for over a year now and thinking about switching to garden center associates. While being at Walmart everyone asked why do I stay with cap 1 due to how shitty our team lead is. Ive come to believe that the lead doesn’t give me shit because I’m a good worker. The only position opened right now is in garden center 6am-3pm and I’m tempted to take it.

MY QUESTION IS there anybody out there that have worked cap 1/cap2 stocking and garden center associate? IS THE GARDEN CENTER THAT BAD?

Thank you.

So my cap 1 TL wants me to “step it up and take initiative and basically baby sit other employees on our team.” Keep in mind I’m a regular associate, get paid the same as every other regular associate. My TL keeps telling me “I have it in me to be a TL” but wants ME to basically RUN the team. That’s the TL job. There is no position that’s called assistant team lead.

Have anyone else experienced what I’m going through lol?

So my clear coat is peeing on the hood of my 2001 Toyota Avalon. There is a picture below. What product can I use to prevent this from spreading?

So after work today I was shopping for groceries with the Walmart app. When I got home I realized that I didn’t press confirm payment during self checkout. I’m going to go first thing tomorrow and re scan everything and purchase at self checkout. Should I be worried about getting in trouble. IM FREAKING OUT. It’s about $60 of groceries.
