Hi all,

New to this community but just wanted to get some feedback from some more knowledgeable/experienced folks on here. I just bought a display 83” G5 from my local Best Buy. It was $2,500 and still has 4 years left on the warranty. Only downside is that we checked the panel hours in store to be ~3,900 which is obviously slightly concerning. I spoke to the manager and he said the G5 can keep its same picture for up to 70k hours. Just wanted to know what’s reasonable to expect if I use the tv for an average of 4-5 hours a day, and did I get a decent deal or would I be better off returning and looking at something brand new?
