Very disappointed with our recent stay at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. We discovered what appeared to be blood on the bedding and assumed housekeeping would replace it during room service. Shockingly, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same stained bedding remained in place.

What concerns me most is not just the stain itself, but the apparent housekeeping failure and the lack of meaningful resolution afterward despite multiple escalation attempts through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance.

Future guests deserve to be aware of how serious cleanliness concerns are handled!!!
