My Dog Keeps Scaring Himself

I have no clue what my dog is doing. We have his bed in a corner next to a lamp and we have nowhere else to put any of them because it's a tiny bedroom. But his blankets are already at the very bottom of his bed and he keeps getting up and tries to scratch at them more but there's nowhere to go, so he runs into the lamp and scares the shit out of himself and runs to my husband's side of the bed and sprawls out in that tiny little space so then he gets tripped on and startled there as well. We can't get rid of the lamp either because then we have no light in our bedroom. He also cannot join us on the bed because it's too small for even two people. He has also been scratching at his bed excessively and pounce on it in the middle of the night and wake us up with the noises and jingling tags. He gets attention and played with, just confused what he's trying to accomplish.

Sesame is now on my list. And so is going to an allergist hopefully soon. Figured this out after finding out they have apparently added sesame to some breads now to avoid cross contamination?! And after licking a knife with sesame sauce on it... I'm fine after Zyrtec and Benadryl but I'm going to stop now. I'm so annoyed and kinda upset of how many things I'm beginning to not be able to eat.

Any advice for prepping for that or weather blood test, serum, or prick is better? Or if I should take all three spaced out?

Is my birth control causing me to react to chocolate, cheese, and gluten? I'm getting over being sick still right now so I don't know if that's any help, but, I am already limited in foods I can or can't eat. What do I do?! I have zit like hives and rashes on my face, bumps on my arms, nausea like crazy, worse acid reflux.

I'm already allergic to a majority of fruit and berries, honey, Stevia, peanuts, cilantro; and am sensitive to red meat, garlic, arugula, and onions.

I wish I had either only allergies or only avoidant restrictive food intake disorder.

I struggle getting in enough protein unless we have leftovers or frozen meals for me while my husband is at work. It's not that I can't cook, I'm just very limited in what I can do and am comfortable doing. I have OCD when it comes to food and cooking.

But I'm sensitive to most proteins except for fish or chicken, I can't eat a majority of fruits or nuts, I'm allergic to a few spices and substitute sugars, and I really only like cheese, bread, pasta, or crackers.

Is anyone else like this? It's so tiring because not only do I have to work up the courage of trying something new, I'm worried I'll be allergic to it or have something in it I'm allergic to.
