how do you guys lock in research methods because everything seems to just disappear from my head 😭 should i be doing more past papers rather than flashcards

okay i’m panicking because i have barely covered psychopathology and attachment and research methods 😭😭😭 WHAT DO I EVEN DO RN??? SHOULD I JUST READ NOTES AND DO PAST SPAM PAPERS AND QUESTIONS?? i’ve been blurting all day and i can feel myself remembering less PLSS HELPPPPP IM SO STRESSTED WHAT IS GONNA COME UP TOMORORW
