Got a Weldtech EZITIG 200AC/DC that’s driving me nuts.

Sometimes it welds perfect. Other times it starts pulsing on its own, makes a rapid buzzing sound, and the tungsten melts back instantly. Can’t hold an arc when it does this.

Weird part is *I don’t change any settings* between it working and it playing up. Same amps, gas, tungsten, material. Happens on AC and DC.

I’ve checked gas, ground, torch head, different power outlet. No luck.

I’ll attach a video so you can hear the pulsing sound.

Anyone had this ? Feels like a loose connection or HF board issue, but not sure.
