Weird customer experience
I had a customer order Popeyes it was an add on order to another for like 4 bucks and I said why not. When I picked it up I looked at the location and it said an office, but in the description he put come on into the bar we will be in there. I thought that was strange but whatever. I get to “the office” and it’s literally a bar called the office. I go inside and the bartender said that person was here a few hours ago. So I call the customer and say hey I have your order at the bar? And he says yeah, I’ll be there in a few minutes just leave the order. I said are you sure I can wait. He said no just leave it and gave me the code. The order didn’t need a code and we hung up. So I left the order on a table near the bar. 10 minutes later while I’m doing two different orders he tries to call me back. I shoot him a message just saying contact uber support for any problems. He left a voicemail saying his order was gone. I feel like I got scammed or something. I don’t know. Uber hit me with a report this morning so that’s awesome. The guy left a 1 dollar tip, cherry on top.
