Can someone please message me and help me determine if I have a cold sore? I can send a picture. I cut my lip and the wound turned circular and white, and is now a greenish color. It really stings when I touch it and has stung for 4 days now

But it’s not a cluster, it isnt wet, it’s on my lip and not the edge, and google keeps telling me that it’s exactly what a cold sore is and that it’s exactly what a normal lip wound is like. I don’t know what to do, and I need help ASAP. Like, within the hour type stuff.
