What helped my hormonal symptoms after years of being told everything was normal

I am 43 and spent almost three years being told my blood work was fine while feeling completely off.

Hot flashes mid conversation at work, night sweats waking me up multiple times a night, brain fog I could not push through, and mood swings that made no sense.

What moved things for me was addressing the hormonal side directly rather than just the individual symptoms.

After a lot of research I added Hormone Harmony from Happy Mammoth to my routine and within two weeks the mood stability had improved noticeably.

The bloating followed shortly after.

Five months in and it is the one thing I consistently reorder.

Cutting alcohol and caffeine after midday helped significantly too, but the hormonal support piece was what tied everything together.

If you are being dismissed by doctors, keep pushing.

The right support exists.
