exercise and walking prep!

hello everyone! i love going to festivals and raves but the ones i mostly go to are more smaller like project glow, elements, seven stars, moonrise and those type that are less walking and more doable. (but even by the last day of seven stars my legs still hurt.) i decided to try bonnaroo last year since i've been to so many festivals i thought "oh this won't be so bad" but i did not know the amount of walking i'd have to do. i was like wow i need to prepare better for any festivals like these.

then recently i got gifted a ticket to attend electric forest and i realized well i'm already way to late to start a good working out routine. i'm gonna be honest, i'm not a very fit person and i don't work out a lot. plus i believe i might have plantar fasciitis since my heels hurt so quickly too.

in conclusion, i was just wondering if anyone here could help share some exercise and or working out tips to prep for all the walking at electric forest? and if you also struggle with walking so much and or have plantar fasciitis as well so we can all help each other out?the festival is in almost a month and i'm kinda stuck on what to do to help myself prepare for it because i really don't want my legs and feet to ruin my experience! thank you so much i hope to have a lot of fun at e forest! <3
