So how do the SAs know what is your pre spend? Or do they even care. Is there somewhere that they can see how much we have spent and if so, is it a yearly number or since last bag? For example if my last bag was November 25, and I spent in December. Will the number show that or only what I got starting in Jan.

I also heard rumors they can see a lifetime spend number. Does that include bags?
