I dressed her up with the new accessories. What do guys think? Too much ? Or cute?

I was able to acquire all the chat chat chat’s from various boutiques I was visiting! Didn’t think I’d actually like all the colorways, but they all have a place depending on my mood. The darker ones are more wearable everyday, but the brighter ones have their time and place.

Last week I made a post asking for advice on made-to-measure or buying off the rack. I decided to skip made-to-measure and have my SA transfer in a jacket I’ve seen online. I was iffy about it because I didn’t see it in person, but luckily they were able to have it brought in, and I am so happy they did!! I am in love with this jacket— the color, tailoring, feel, and everything. It was definitely a bit of a splurge for just a jacket, but well worth it. This is one of my now favorite jackets/blazers. The color changes in different lighting, but it’s in the color “marine.” I may order the pants that match it to give it a full suit vibe, but overall I can’t wait to wear it. i’ve always wanted a Hermes jacket and now i can say i finally have one.

I was actually offered the Gold as well, so choosing between the two was such a difficult decision! In the end, I went with the purple because it felt a little more special and fun.

I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not playing the game - this just seems to be the only sub that talks about actual Hermès products (not the OTHER type). That said, I see a lot of people mentioning buying a watch as part of their pre-spend and then linking to one of the quartz watches which, like any watch with a quartz movement, is completely overpriced.

What people talk about less is that Hermés makes a version of the Cape Cod in large (37mm) that uses their in-house H1912 movement from Vaucher. I think this is sold as a men's watch but, ladies, I have a tiny wrist and this size is perfect if you like larger watches. I'm very new to Hermès in general but we all know that their prices match their quality (read: very high). So imagine my surprise when my SA rang this up at $4500. Coming from the JLC world, that is an absolute steal for an automatic watch of this caliber (no pun intended) , especially when the quartz version is only $500 less.

So yeah, if you're like me and enjoy watches but can't fathom paying mid-high 4 figures for something that runs on a battery, please check out their more obscure automatic offerings.

I am reorganizing my office and my cat has decided to use some of my extra Herbag lowers as a bed!

About a month ago, I posted about getting an offer of a B25 in etoupe PHW as my first QB in my home store. Was debating if I should get it since my first choice was GHW. I pulled the trigger and got it!

About a month later, which was yesterday, I got offered a Lindy 26 in etoupe GHW, which was what I wishlisted when I bought my B25. The only other items I bought were a pair of Oasis sandals and a Rodeo PM charm.

Is this kind of back to back offer rare, especially in Asia stores? It really came as a surprise as I thought getting a QB essentially sets you back at square one 🤔 I am now debating with my wallet whether I should get it retail or go for resale, because the price difference is crazy! Would it be crazy to turn it down?
