Is Lasik an option for Refractive Surprise after cataract surgery?

I had cataract surgery 7 months ago, receiving monofocal lenses, and the most recent test shows my right eye (targeted to plano) at +1.0 sphere and +1.0 cylinder. My goal was to just require reading glasses post-surgery so I am trying to understand what my options are if I want to continue to chase correction-free distance vision. As I understand it, I can do PRK touch up, or possibly a piggyback lens implant. Neither of those options seem worth the risk for so minor of a correction, and in the case of PRK, a potentially long recovery. I'm confused on whether Lasik is a less invasive option to correct this. I had femtosecond laser during cataract surgery, and it has healed perfectly, I am told. I am 76 years old. Thanks!
