How would I go about porting over adobe flash cs6 to mobile devices or perhaps maybe web browser

Adobe flash cs6 is primarily written in c++ and is a fairly common language in android coding so could it possibly work and if so at would have to be done to make it happen

Has anyone had success with running pc programs *not games* or at least older versions of those programs on winlator

Ive been trying to get an older port of adobe animate to run but it's been unsuccessful I even tried using Exagear but that quickly failed
