Is anyone able to let me know if this is a Christian Dior knockoff? i can’t seem to find it anywhere.

i’ve had this rough feeling raised patch of skin for over 2 months, it usually has small bumps all in this patch of skin but i squeeze them to provide relief from the insane itch, witch hazel also helps the inch sometimes. I have used anything new when this first started no new lotion or soap. What is this and how can i get rid of it? Thank you
