my cat always follow me around (ALWAYS) and has been doing so since i got her (at around 2mnths old). I wasn't supposed to get her at that age but the person who gave her to me was gonna throw her out. she's also been sick since then and until now (2 years), AND she has stopped growing—when I mean stopped, i mean she's as big as a 12 year old's hand. I genuinely don't know what to do
