I have been, feeding this stray cat since 3 months. Yesterday she came in this state after not coming for 3-4 days to eat. Not eating anything, difficulty in breathing and extremely lethargic. Also foaming mouth seems to be in lot of pain.

I tried to take him to nearest vet / ngo but as soon as I touch him he gets aggressive and tries to bite.

Already contacted Jivdaya. They denied rescue stating I have to bring him to them.

Registeted request on 1962 But no response it's been 4 hours.

Any other ngo Or place which can, come at location and rescue him.
