Stress + Sugar

I’ve started working and my sugar intake has risen to so much. I’ve had like 4 cups of snowcone eagle brand mix, and sugar water (I forget the names of the packets), and the sugar eating at my brain I can’t even think about what else sweet I’ve consumed in a week. And I haven’t been drinking water like I should, so I can feel myself getting diabetes. My side starts hurting and it’s like an ache, or those other symptoms that normally comes from your body not being able to process sugar. That’s me basically. I said all that cuz Ik it’s from me stressing and then starving and then jumping to sugar for like an energy boost but instead of a boost I get even more tired after 30 minutes. I literally can’t eat throughout the day/ at work in fear of getting super tired or bloated, then I binge on sugar, enjoy the evening before clocking out. No I don’t work out, I’d like to think I do that at work.
