I had glycolic acid removal professionally done five days ago. Is this normal?

Hello, I had it professionally done at a super reputable place five days ago. So I’m not considered it was done improperly in any way. I’m just wondering if this is normal? I’ve got red upset skin under where the biggest flake has fallen off so far. Then on that same brow towards the tale there’s very little flaking at all. I’m scared it won’t flak off. Is it too early to tell? It just seems to be going so much slower than the rest. I’ll post both brows and a before image of where my brows where at just before I got the glycolic. I was at a light yellow orange stage which took two laser sessions to get to. I suppose I’m just scared this is gonna have faded unevenly and I’ll be left with one yellow tail. Not the worst thing in the world, but kind of hoping for opinions of people who’ve been through it if this is all normal and what I can expect.

Glycolic

Had my first glycolic! Like literally an hour ago. Woof did it sting, but no regrets so far. They’re pretty red angry and sore, but I’m sitting in a cool room and resting now. I think this is normal for an hour out. Hoping they’ll settle by tonight since I have chill cinema plans. Don’t care if I look crazy, but would love for them to cool down a bit before then. Have five hours to rest before then.

Glycolic or another laser?

Hi guys, here are my brows currently. I’ve had just two laser sessions. I feel really lucky to be this far after just two. I’m almost due my next round. Would you guys think I should do another laser? Or do you think this is glycolic removal time?

Does anyone have pictures of the glycolic removal healing process? Or advice from experience?

Hiya, I’m getting my first glycolic removal session soon. I’ve had two laser sessions that went really well. Thankfully I’ve been a pretty quick easy case so far. I’m left with a very faint warm tone. I see Bart at Bianco Beauty in London. We think I might only need just one glycolic session to remove the rest which is amazing. But unfortunately I need to have some professional photos taken for work soon. Right now they’re scheduled for 13 days after my treatment. Does anyone have photos from the healing process? And do you think the scabbing and redness will be down by then? And that makeup can be applied 13 days after to correct things? Is that realistically enough days between my apt and my photo session?

Glycolic advice

Hiya, so my microblading removal has gone pretty well thankfully. I’ve had three laser sessions and have just a bit of a light warm but mostly yellow hue. My laser specialist thinks we’ll most likely move from laser to a glycolic session next (we’ll decide for sure when he sees me in person in a couple weeks - I totally trust him, he’s highly rated by loads of people and he’s been amazing over the last three sessions.) I was just wondering if you guys have any advice for me for whenever I reach the glycolic stage? What’s it like? Do you recommend it? Any aftercare advice? I’m over my fear of the laser but I’m a little nervous about this since it’s new to me.

Yikes. What is going on?!

My brows look like this today. I got my second laser session three days ago. I was kind of excited by how light they were after the session and now they’re this way darker orange. I’ll post the immediately after picture too. I’m so upset. This colour is so much more saturated and darker. I just feel so embarrassed walking around.

How long does the hair bleaching from the laser last?

I got some hair bleaching! This is my second session and I’m getting so excited about results. My guy said the hair would get dark again on its own, but how long does it take? Forgot to ask!

Had my first laser session today. Feels really subtle? Can I expect more fading over the next few weeks?

I posted earlier today and deleted that previous post now. Hope that’s ok. Its just have a clearer before and after picture to post now. Before is on the left, same day after my first session is on the right.

So I had PhiBrows done a few years ago. Didn’t do my research and thought they’d completely fade on their own after a few years. So dumb of me. They aren’t terrible, but I want it gone. They’ve gone a bit grey and it looks like I always have brown powder on and not really my colour.

So I did my research and found a good laser specialist. Pico. I had my first session today. The guy said I was likely a 2 out of 10 for difficulty of removal - 10 being the toughest. So I feel really lucky and grateful about that.

There isn’t much of a change today immediately after. Just the tiniest bit lighter and I’m not complaining by any means! I’m really really relieved and grateful to not have gone red or yellow yet. But it just feels really subtle compared to some of the first session immediately after photos I’ve seen so I wanted to see if anyone else has had the subtle experience? Is this weird? What do you guys think? What can I expect over the next few weeks before my next session? Will this fade a lot over the next 2-6 weeks do you think? Totally new to this process and really appreciate this awesome community so thanks in advance!

Had my first laser session. Will it improve?

Hiya! There isn’t much of a change today immediately after. Just the tiniest bit lighter. I really did do my research so I know the majority of the change will occur over the next weeks as my immune system pushes the ink particles out, BUT I wanted to see what your guy’s options are about my initial results? Does it look promising to anyone who’s been through the process? The first two photos are of it yesterday before the session and the second two are a few hours after my first laser session today. What do ya’ll think? Annoyingly I took the before pictures not in daylight and the after ones in daylight.
