The budget is around 20000 USD (2 million INR). I plan to do subcellular localization of flourescently tagged proteins, co-localization, along with the possibility of doing live cell imaging on mammalian cells. Recommendations can also include a basic microscope, with the possibility of the above said upgradations in the future.
