I am convinced at this point that someone is stealing and pocketing small items.
I was supposed to receive another ring today and yet again the box was empty.
Just last month, I posted on here about the same issue. This is ridiculous and highly irritating.

Long story short, there's an entire about you section where Amazon keeps and gathers details about us from our reviews and all the like. This is the only way I can imagine they'd know some things because I've only even mentioned them in a review.
