Well... the Vine error may have accidentally taught me something. 😄

Since nobody can order anything right now, I finally got to see what an entire drop actually looks like before it's picked over. Result? No laptops. No electric scooters. No robot vacuums. No crazy $1,000+ unicorns. Other than a few specialty auto parts, I didn't see a single item over about $200.

Honestly, it's kind of liberating!!! I think I'm officially done wasting time trying to watch drops live hoping to snag the mythical golden item. From now on I'll let the Amazon Vine Genie do its thing and wait for something worthwhile to show up in my RFY instead Has anyone else had the same realization today, or am I just experiencing the five stages of Vine acceptance? 😂

Is anyone else dealing with errors like this and can’t even select an item?

I’ve reset my app and phone a couple times and it’s just stuck with these errors.

I need these so bad right now, anyone else’s ADHD or Spectrum issues going off?

I have my routine…check in on Vine in the morning and at noon, get my items or not, and move on. Today is such a huge NOPE, I am so consumed, I have not showered or even finished my coffee🤦🏻‍♀️. At least there are others all feeling affected, has this messed up your whole day as well?? I hope for a quick resolution, so I can at least go to sleep tonight. Lol

I know this is NOT what they meant!

Can someone who is familiar with this language translate😩 my Google lens translate is not doing the best of job.

Several of these translated to some unwanted vibes, marketed towards kids at the age of learning body boundaries. This is not what it meant right? ? Right?! 😱

No items to review?

I recently ordered a bunch of Vine items, and two of them have arrived so far. I'd like to review them right away, but on the "Reviews" tab it states, "You have no Vine items to review." Is there typically a lag between the time an item arrives and when it's ready to be reviewed? I haven't used Vine much, but I don't recall a delay like that previously. Thanks for any insight y'all can provide!

PSA: I Think Amazon Just Initiated the “Vine Purge Protocol”

Let me lead with this: before anyone panics, this is based on what an unverified “inside source” who allegedly works on the Vine team has informed me of.

According to my highly confidential source, Amazon initiated what they’re internally calling Project Clean Sweep, which triggered the Shadow Eligibility Reconciliation/Recalibration Layer (SERL) at approximately 3:00 AM EST.

Apparently, the system compares every Vine account against the Behavioral Extension Utilization Matrix (BEUM), and anyone who has ever used a browser extension was quietly moved into Passive Review State, also known internally as “ghost mode.” It’s basically a shadowban in layman’s terms.

That’s why a large portion of users can’t order anything right now.

You can still browse, click, and enjoy the spinning circle or error page… But you’re actually just interacting with a simulated version of Vine while Amazon “recalibrates reviewer authenticity.”

My source also claims anyone who manually refreshes without extensions has automatically been placed into the Legacy Reviewer Preservation Program and will receive first access to ordering once the recalibration is complete. They allegedly refer to these users as “organic clickers.” Extension users are left at risk of account closure.

If you’re wondering why the Vine subreddit is suddenly filled with “Is anyone else getting an error?” posts every 30 seconds, this is the reason.

Best of luck, all.

Weird thing happening on Vine today

Today I went to Vine and looked at the three categories. In recommended for you, each item had this notice: Error displaying product details. I then went to Additional items. Each one of these items had the same error message: Error displaying product details. Same with the available for all section**. It was every item in every section.** I have seen this occasionally, but this is extreme. I then went all the way to the end of the additional items section, and these items also had that same message. Has anyone else seen this?

Someone is stealing. I AM SO ANGRY😤😡

I am convinced at this point that someone is stealing and pocketing small items.

I was supposed to receive another ring today and yet again the box was empty.

Just last month, I posted on here about the same issue. This is ridiculous and highly irritating.

Need suggestions please

I have been doing vine since 9/23, had an Amazon acct since 2015. On 6/6/26 when I logged in I got a message my acct was temporarily locked. I then saw I had an email stating my acct was actually closed due to misuse of communications, BUT if this was an error i was to reply with details.

Since June 6 I have talked to customer service over 15 times. Each time being told ‘I promise you In 24 hours you’ll hear from our account specialists’. It never happened. I got spam emails which I reported. As of 6/24/26 my Amazon prime credit card no longer has an account attached to it so my benefits changed. I can’t use Alexa either.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to reach vine customer service? I’d make a new account if I could be guaranteed I would still be a part of it. On CS rep gave me email addresses but my emails get returned saying they don’t accept emails, only replied to what they send.

I am going nuts. I just want Vine back. Sorry if too long, I wanted to explain everything. Trust me there’s so much more to this saga.

Is this Vine or eBay? 🤣

What a terrible listing photo for these men’s trousers found in my RFY today. What were they thinking about? They honestly look more like worn-out, secondhand pants you’d find listed on eBay or Mercari. Definitely not doing them any favors in the appeal department. Needless to say, I passed.

Potential way to avoid failed orders using up one of your daily “picks.”

Hi everyone! Not sure if this has been shared before, but, like many of you, I’ve encountered the issue of selecting an item and proceeding all the way through the Vine “checkout” process, only for the order to fail because the item was no longer available. (Usually, after clicking “place order,” there will be a red error message saying that something went wrong and the order could not be placed, etc.) Although that can be a bummer, the real issue is when the failed order then counts towards our daily order limit. For some reason, I’ve been getting a lot of “ghost” items in my RFY lately, and it won’t tell me the item is unavailable until I get all the way through checkout. Then, when I go to select a different item later, the system will count the failed order as one of my daily picks. The option to request any other product will be greyed out. If I hit “request product,” an error message will pop up and say that I’ve already reached my maximum number of orders for the day.

Anyway, it happened tonight with an item in my RFY. I requested the item, went all the way through checkout, hit “place order,” and got the failed order message. This time, I stayed on the page where the red error message popped up. (Usually, I’ll just exit the window and go back to the Vine page.) I noticed that there was an option that said “remove item” or something along those lines. I clicked it, and it then said “this item has been successfully removed from your order.” (I’m paraphrasing; next time, I’ll take screenshots.) I wasn’t super hopeful and was pretty sure the failed order would be counted against my daily pick limit. BUT, I just confirmed that, this time, the failed order did NOT count against my daily order limit!

I’m not sure if the fact that I clicked the “remove order” option helped clear it from my order history completely to prevent it counting towards my daily order limit, or helped in any way to prevent against it glitching, but I am sharing anyways, just in case it actually worked. It might be worth a try if you find yourself encountering a ghost item, especially if you’re in the silver tier and only get three daily picks. It’s always lame if you have a failed order and then get robbed of your third daily pick just because of a system error. If you happen to try this out and it works (or doesn’t work), or if you’ve tried this and it has/hasn’t worked, it might be helpful to share on this feed!!

Happy vining, everyone!!!

Did everyone get their blue flash drive?

I lost count of all the blues! There were at least half a dozen more that I didn’t catch 😆
