I ordered a roasting pan. A stock pot got delivered instead. While I was looking around to see the description of what I ended up getting, I found the review left by the person that got my roasting pan. 🤣🤣🤣
How do I even review this. I dont want to send it back either. The pot is more useful.
Has anyone ever had to restrict logon hours? The company I work for has a couple problem staff that are likely to be terminated. But they have to go through all the write up process. They have been arriving to work at 6am clocking in, then dipping to Starbucks across the street and coming back an hour or two later. (personally I feel like that is enough to show them the door but HR says this is California absolutely not.)
My leadership has asked me for IT help and the only solution I can come up with is the logon hour restriction. My thought is to allow them to login 30 mins before and after their shift.
After I roll this out, my understanding is it will be part of their discipline process where they will be told we caught you doing this. So starting today IT is doing this and whatever else is happening to them.
Just curious on everyone's thoughts. I have never had to use this feature outside of contractors (to make sure they were not doing work during business hours).
I am currently on 60 mg, prozac.
And hundred and fifty milligrams of wellbutrin.
I switched doctors this week because my last doctor upped my wellbutrin to 300 mg and that made me feel like I needed to fight the world. So I would have to lock myself in my office so I wouldnt get fired for cussing someone out. He told me i would get used to it and wouldnt put me back to 150. That was a little over two months ago.
New doctor actually spent almost two hours with me. Super cool lady. She gave me a whole different treatment plan.
Trazodone for sleep. She said I have insomnia.
Back down to 150 wellbutrin but her goal is to discontinue it gradually.
Keep the 60mg prozac for now but possibly switch to lexapro. She doesnt want to change too much at once.
10 mg vyvance and will reevaluate in a week also gave me an immediate release adderall. I forget the dosage.
Oh probably helps to know i have adhd and a symmetrical ocd thing. Meaning if something happens to the right side of my body it has to happen to the left or else I lose my mind. The prozac has improved this about 80 percent.
I just started taking medication in December of 2025.
Question is what can I expect from the vyvance 10mg? I havent really done stimulants. I have tried ritalin before but that was just for a week. It made me feel like everything was slowed down and I could process stuff.
I know you dont know my exact situation but I am pretty new to all this and just wondering if this treatment plan sounds good. And what i should expect from the vyvance . Im nervous about it.
