Tiny amount of puss on tp 5 months post op

Has anyone had the tiniest tiniest almost unremarkable amount of puss on toilet paper 5 months post fistulotomy? After the sitz bath if I pat dry with tp it’s the tiniest amount I have only just noticed as I never patted dry previously. Please tell me this could be normal! CRS app in 2 weeks 🙏

I want to ST our 10mo but don’t know where to start

I’m at a loss with our 10 month old baby. We are beyond EXHAUSTED. The only way she gets to sleep is bouncing on an exercise ball and when she wakes up a gazillion times overnight we have to bounce her back which can take up to an hour. I am fed up. But I also don’t want to break both our hearts and do CIO. I have no idea where to start or what to actually ‘DO’ step by step with a gentle approach. Help anyone please?! One desperate Mumma

Has anyone had a non symptomatic blind superficial tract? This is what the MRI showed when I noticed a small bump next to my Fistulotomy scar. The bump has gone now after antibiotics. All very weird…..
