MRI in 2 day for my shoulder.. Years ago as a teen I had a magnetic nose ring in. Walking in the cold makes my nose run. I absent mindedly sniffed my runny nose. The backing went up my nose. As far as I know...its never came out. This was about 30 yrs ago. Is this something I should be worried about? Could it be in my lungs after all these years?

So I live in a small apartment, on a busy street with only a front yard. Its so small you can just weed wack it vs use a mower. No poles or trees to chain anything to.
Im getting a small utility trailer in a couple days and also i want to put my outdoor table set outside. The trailer will be in the small driveway, I can block it in with my car when im home but the thought of not being home worries me.
I want to add some kind of buried concrete pad/anchor with a d ring but I dont know how big and thick it would need to be.
I know a chain can be cut but anything helps. Yes I will run a chain thru the tire and get a lock for the hitch. But how big of a pad or inground hole will i need to make an achor for the trailer and also the table/chairs?
Would 1 bag do it for each? My thought is if its buried with only the D ring visible they wont know how small the concrete is and give up? Any advice?
