How hard is it to get a strong GPA at SIPA?

Hi everyone, I am an incoming MIA candidate for this fall. I was wondering how hard it would be to obtain a top GPA for this program. Obviously, I understand that this is SIPA and graduate programs are difficult. I guess I'm just wondering if a 4.0, for example, is feasible and isn't extremely uncommon. Also, is grade deflation common for this program? I plan to pursue more schooling after my MIA so I need to secure a strong GPA. Thanks!
