Hey I have this Honda civic 2019 that has been giving me starting problems I changed the starter and now it seems worse then what it was and when It does start it’s very rapid and sluggish at the same time sometimes it doesn’t turn on right away what could it be this is a video of when it does turn on if I let it sit for to long usually take to tries before starting the car drives amazing it’s just the start could it be the battery also when it does take a while the screen sometimes stays black for awhile
