Is it true the company has an employee emergency fund. I’m in a shitty situation but don’t wanna air it out here

I just started as a driver and it’s pretty chill and easy. I’m in a really positive store so that helps. We are a hub store as well. Can commercial drivers also do hub runs? Or how fast could I make it to ISS even if I have to go to a different store for that. My ISS is great and isn’t afraid to teach me his role in addition to mine.
