Seems like due to a downed power line they canceled all service between Speonk and Montauk. Sucks, I had a reservation in Montauk this week, and now I have to postpone it in 2 weeks ☹️, wish they could have offered a shuttle bus service or something. Was anyone else here when it happened?
Maybe I feel guilty because I know the consequences of what could happen if Uber acts. But for context: it’s very hot outside, and I ordered Wendy’s, turns out the driver delivered my order to a house 2 blocks over to an address that somehow has the same as mine, just a different street name, it ends with Place, mines is Lane. I don’t know if I should’ve reported the order as it didn’t arrive, as it actually didn’t - or just suck it up and go get it, unfortunately I’m pretty bed bound so I’d have to drag myself, what would you do in this situation? Is it justified to say I didn’t receive it?
